Our service representative, Thomas has done a great job the last few times our car has been in for service. Our recent experience was re: a recall item. Once the part was abailable I was called and an appointment was made. The car was completely checked out and a couple of items were brought to our attention. Thimas also pointed out that the punctures in two of our tires would be covered by special coverage we had purchased. We really appreciated this.

I followed ip several times after I received a letter from Porsche international about an important Recall item. Fabian got back to me explaining that the part was not available at the time. My last call resulted in a follow up telling me the part was available and to call for an appointment with Thomas. Once Thomas took over everything happened quickly : the appointment was made and the service done. I was especially impressed by Thomad because he wanted to make sure everything that meeded to be done in addition to the recall was pointed out to me, He sent me a video showing me that the car was in good condition except for the tires, two of which had punctures from nails. After reviewing my files he also pointed out that I had special coverage for those tired. . So they were replaced for free.Thomas is always considerate and thorough. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending him.

I recently had my Spyder in for its very first service at Porsche Irvine and I have to say I was VERY impressed. 1st off, the service bay is behind a huge glass window and you can see the service techs working on everyone's cars. Very clean and professional and I appreciate that this isn't hidden in the back like most dealerships. Also, they send you a video of your car while its up on the rack updating you on your service in real time. Big shout out to Vincent (my service rep) who was very professional and attentive to my needs. Vincent was friendly, knowledgeable and went out of his way to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my experience. There was the smallest hiccup with the timing of my loaner car being ready and Vincent went COMPLETELY overboard with making that right for me. I am now a customer for life and will definitely be bringing my Spyder back for all of its future service needs.

I?ve always had good experiences at the service center in Porsche Irvine. I worked with James last time and it definitely elevated my opinion of them even further. Everything was so easy and the new video inspection made a huge difference in understanding what I needed and what could wait.

Recently got my 2019 Panamera back from its 60K miles checkup (also got new tires). The car is just like new (in fact the guys who wash my car weekly said it is his favorite car). James Holman is my service advisor who is better than any previous one I have worked with. The Irvine Porsche service team is excellent as well and they now even do a video walkthrough of your car before performing any work (and present other recommendations).

Had a great experience at Irvine Porsche with Mingkai who assisted us. We walked in, he was able to get the car we were interested in out quickly for a drive, looked at a couple other options, ultimately settled on that first car, and we got the whole thing done in a few hours. I have not bought a Porsche in several years due to being poorly handled at a different dealership in 2017. Mingkai and the team at Irvine Porsche has turned me back onto the brand, and I'm very appreciative.

The manager Eric, is HORRIBLE. He is rude, condescending, arrogant, and a terrible leader for his employees. The finance guy is also just as horrible and ignorant. The only reason I even give this place 1 star is because of Michael Ulibarri. He was very communicative, always trying to help, responsive, positive, and friendly. I would buy again from Michael, but unfortunately, never again from Porsche Irvine because of Eric and their finance guy. The buying experience was awful. They were so rude and acted like they were better than us. They thought it was outrageous that we tried to cut a deal. Excuse me, you’re a dealership. That’s what people do. Eric kept throwing his 30+ experience at us as if we were supposed to feel reassured by it, but it only made him look like an even dumber manager for not knowing how to be a manager. Their whole system of not being able to track their cars to let you know when it’ll arrive at the dealership is bogus. Every car we have ever purchased, we were given expected dates of departure, arrival at port, departure of port to dealership, and arrival at dealership. Blows my mind that they can’t figure out how to get accurate tracking information on a $100k+, but every other dealership can. Love my car, but hate Porsche Irvine.

I did review this with 5 stars as originally the process was positive. Unfortunately however the after sales was incredibly poor. Some extra work promised was never delivered, went in after a couple months (in warranty) with an issue to be told they wouldn’t sort it and countless chasing , calls not being returned. It’s a shame as we bought another car recently but chose another local Porsche (Carlsbad) where the service was great. Good service = repeat business.

My 2006 Cayenne needed a new headliner. Brought the car in for this...very expensive but I wanted it done by Porsche. Took a week but came out very nice. They did break at small switch in the overhead light control which I noticed after bringing the car home. Took it back and ordered the part. Came in fast and the following week brought the car back and it was replaced no charge. No hassle. But it did talk all day for the repair and they did not warn me so I wasted a lot of time until they finally ordered a Lift ride back home. They could have done better telling me of the delay as soon as they knew.

Irvine Porsche are the best. I took my Macan in because I thought I heard a noise coming from my engine bay. They spent a day scouring the car for the source. Even drove with me to see if I could replicate the noise for them. In the end I couldn’t get the noise to come back. So frustrating; but the good thing is that they didn’t charge me. Not one red cent! They said they didn’t perform a service, therefore no charge. Amazing…

I was in need of assistance in programming a replacement PCM module in my 2009 Porsche 911. Both service advisors, Thomas and, especially James, that assisted with my car were helpful and courteous. When I picked up the car, James went over what was done to properly program the PCM and I left with everything working properly. The above review was submitted on 04/03/23, but , due to an error on my part, the indicated rating was 1 star. The correct rating for my experience at Porsche Irvine was 5 stars.

I was very disappointed coming to this dealership. A Porsche Cayenne has been my #1 dream car since I can remember and I’m finally at a place in my life where I can afford it easily. My lease for my Tiguan was up, so I was very excited to look at Macans and Cayennes and was ready to sell them my Tiguan and walk off the lot with a new car that day. But the issue was I felt like I was judged right away for my age. I’m 24, but I have a very good job. The sales rep didn’t let me test drive either of the cars, he also didn’t tell me the specs of the cars or positives about it or sit in the car with me. All he did was unlock the car and let me sit in it. It didn’t seem like he was even excited or passionate about the car. He made me feel like I was wasting his time and like the prices would be way out of my budget, but I had the money for a deposit that day but I wasn’t going to tell him that because I didn’t like the way I was being treated. I instead ended up going to Norm Reeves Volkswagen and they let me test drive 3 different cars and told me every single spec in each car and the pros and cons to each car so I ended up purchasing a brand new 2023 Atlas. This dealership could have had my business if they took me seriously.

I was shopping for a new Porsche GTS for weeks & visited 4 other dealerships before I landed at Porsche Irvine. Once I walked in the car I wanted was directly inside and I was greeted with friendly people. One of the dealers I just came from was pretty rude in the way that they treated me as if I couldn?t afford the car I was shopping for. When I went into Porsche Irvine they treated me professionally, respectfully, and I ended up putting 80 down and financing the rest. After dealing with one of the prior rude dealers I figured I would just buy this car outright as my mind was set on buying this vehicle. They got me a great deal financing the other half of my GTS. It was nice having a team vibe in this location. They worked together fluidly and ensured I was buying what I wanted, I would buy from this dealer again in a heartbeat. I?ve had zero issues with my new Porsche & I would have no problem calling them if I had any questions. Awesome people! Great location. Highly recommend!

Update on 3/20/23: I really enjoy working with James. I came in for my axle replacement and shift knob replacement. Both were taken care of in a day even though initially it was communicated that it might take 2 days. Update on 2/9/23: Had a broken windshield washer hose and so took it in to get that replaced under warranty. Also noted that the gear knob middle insert was loose. My SA, James, was very good about noting things down. Later in the day I got a text with a video linked of the technician doing a inspection all the way around and calling out that my rear axle was leaking grease, pointed out that he had already ordered a replacement axle under warranty. He said that the knob behavior was normal. I disagreed with the technicians opinion and my SA informed me that they had gone ahead and ordered a replacement gear knob as well. I really appreciated how well they listened to me and took care of my concerns. Thank you! Original post: I appreciated how once my appointment was made, everything was punctual. I had 3 things to be taken care off, recall work + diagnosing a warning message + auto/start stop not working. Jonathan, my service manager, didn't always take the initiative to email me but whenever I reached out around 4pm, he was prompt and transparent in his responses. I expected the car to be in the shop for maybe 3 days but it ended up being 13 days. All during this time I was grateful for a loaner car so my plans and lifestyle didn't have to change much. I appreciated the thoroughness of the investigation & testing. The warning message and recall work were done but the auto/start stop mystery took a while and in the end, did not get resolved but identified as the button worked the opposite of how it was supposed to work. Overall, I am very pleased with the service, the people and my overall interaction with Porsche Irvine. Thank you team!

As usual, Porsche Irvine did a terrific job in servicing my 2012 911 (Carrera 4 GTS). The car needed a new set of tires, wheel alignment and annual service. Natasha Opperman (Service Advisor) was helpful as usual in articulating the service to be performed (with rationale) and always communicating as to the status of the the service being completed. The service technician was also excellent in providing a detailed video walk around describing the condition of the vehicle, what work had been done and what was still to be completed. As to the tires, these were special order tires which Porsche Irvine was happy to accommodate. In addition, I used a loaner car for the time the car was in service. The loaner car was new and delivered perfectly clean.

Purchased a 2021 Audi A6 from Porsche Irvine. The saleswoman was very helpful, however understandably wasn't well versed on Audi since she works at a Porsche dealership. To her credit, if she didn't know the answer to my question, she would get the answer to me as soon as she had it. The vehicle needed a few paint touch ups and the dealership was very responsive and had no issue completing the work requested. The dealership doesn't offer veteran discounts but I understand businesses aren't required to offer veteran discounts. I am pleased with my purchase and their service. I would recommend .

I was preparing to take a trip when the air pressure warning appears on the console. I spoke with Tom Nerhus, service advisor who instructed me to c ok me to the dealership if the car was drivable. Upon arrival Tom spotted a screw in the tire. The tire was warrantied and in a reasonable amo in y of time I was on my way.

I bought the car at here last year Nov 19th. but i didn't receive plate and registration card yet. when i check the yesterday at dmv my all document had returned at Dec 1st, 2022. but dealer shop manager said my plate works still processing. also sales team just transfer my call to finance team. she doesn't get a my call two days. after sell the car nobody do not care after service. Michael if you see the this review you have to forward my email to finance team.

Had 3 recall matters addressed at Irvine Porsche. Henry was very helpful and the car was washed and ready for pickup earlier than had been promised. Appreciated the friendly and timely service.

We are stilling hearing the same popping noises and rumbling sounds when turning left or right. Car has been in the shop twice for the same thing and they still haven?t fixed it. It?s under their warranty too. They had my car for approximately 4 days and did not give me a rental car while other customers were offered one.

Check in was fast, service rep was pleasant, and their business center allowed me to get some work done while I waited for my car.

We are still hearing popping and rumbling noises when turning left or right. This is the second time car has been in for the same thing, under their warranty, and the problem has not been corrected. They also had my car for approximately 4 days, parts were ordered and they refused to provide any type of loaner car. Other customers dropping of their cars for service got loaner cars but not me.

We had a rear wheel blow out on the 5 freeway on out Cayenne. We had the tire changed by AAA and then drive to Irvine Porsche. DO NOT SERVICE YOUR CAR AT THIS DEALERSHIP. Proche Irvine quoted me $10,000 to drop the engine for a warning on the dash, I fixed at another mechanic for $280. This dealership either having unqualified porsche mechanic or unethical practices. My 997.2 turbo had warning on dash regarding battery generator, I dropped it off at Porsche Irvine, service advisor was Natash Opperman, mechanic was Sadra Mizani. Initial quote was one labor hour to diagnos the issue, however after two weeks, Natash told me mechanic couldnt fix it and requesting another three labor hours for diagnosis, I agreed. Another two weeks passing by, they told me they still cannot fix it, it would require drop the engine to replace the wiring harness to the alternator, they asked $10,000 for that, I declined. After picking up the car, I found out the mechanic Sadra Mizani caused electrical damage to the car, rain got into the car causing water damage to rear end control unit mounted under driver seat. Porche Irvine fixed the water damaged and replaced the rear end control unit, free of charge. Since Porshce Irvine couldn't repair the warning on the dash, I took the car to Bash Autoworx in Diamond Bar, guess what, they found the wiring issue connect to the alternator right away and fixed it for $280.

When you buy a high-end car for a premium price you expect premium service. Although I love the car the Porsche terrible service experience has been very frustrating. I have had this car for less than 3 years. This rain we had past few days has caused a massive leakage and flood inside the car! The airbag light also turned on showing a problem there too. The car is still under manufacturer warranty. I have paid extra and the car is under certified warranty as well. I dropped off the car with Porsche Irvine and at that time I was told there are many other cars going through the same issue like mine and that it will be serviced under warranty. The problem started 2 days later when instead of fixing the car already, they asked me to send them my service records since my prior service was not with them! The car has been serviced regularly but that is beyond the point. They refused service under manufacturer warranty, they refused service under certified warranty for an obvious defect in that car trying to blame it on maintenance. Let’s say hypothetically this car has been sitting outside and not maintained at all. How many cars do you know get flooded in California weather or have the air bag light come on in less than 3 years? Let alone a Porsche? And even worse the dealer refuses service under both warranties! I have sent them my response. 3 days later and I still have not heard back from them and they still have my car. If they decide to go this way they will leave me no choice but to take legal action against them. If you are in a similar situation, contact me. There probably a class action lawsuit brewing against them.

Easily made my appointment. Service Technician tried to have me spend a couple extra thousand dollars for spark plugs and other services I didn't need. All I wanted was an oil change, filter and check up. Total cost for service was $833.54 I feel this is over the top for what was done to my Macan S

Gave me a really honest and good deal on a 2021 SVR Jaguar F-Pace. I would say this is probably my favorite dealership I have purchased from. Aside from the fact the dealership is gorgeous and has multiple GT3s and nice porsches in the showroom. Sales - Extremely easy to work with and just completely transparent about pricing. I always price my cars before going in and getting it cleared before coming to the dealer. The price was the price and there were no add ons that made it weird or uncomfortable. Finance - Super friendly and nice. Didn't try to push aftermarket or any sort of extra frill stuff you don't need. Asked once and then moved on to the normal finance stuff. Also an extremely nice person who was easy to work with. Follow Up - Sadly the car had a tracker the previous owner didn't take off so I immediately was responsible for a repair bill from the dealer or so I thought! I took it to a Jaguar dealership and Porsche Irvine picked up the tab and took care of it for me. I was shocked it wasn't even a debate with them. Extremely grateful to see a dealership willing to help after the sale. All in all I would say this was an amazing experience. So far the car has been a dream and it is one of the few times I do not have the instant dread of buying a car.

Gave car back with very under inflated tires. All below 29 PSI after 80k mile service for Macan. After service report marked it was checked and inflated to 36/39 PSI front and back. What else didn?t they do? Who knows?!

Selling my car to this dealer was a complete sham. They sent me a "Certified Offer" from Auto Nation. It says in small print that the price is subject to change if the car details differ when they receive the car. THE CAR DETAILS DID NOT DIFFER. My car only has 26,000 miles on it and they marked it down a couple thousand due to service (which isn't due yet). They perform the service and have records that I have completed the required services as needed! They marked it down a couple thousand dollars due to this even though it wasn't part of the purchase/certified order. They wasted my time completely. They lied. In fact, in emails from Matthew, he even said they would try to get us more than the Certified Offer. They never intended to do what they said-- it's a gimmick to get you there, wear you out and hope you just take their disrespect. They had me sit there for 1 1/2 hours to come and tell me they changed the price. I will NEVER do business here. I have bought 3 Porsche vehicles and I can tell you I will never do business here again. If they valued me as a customer they wouldn't lie and waste their time. Also last month, when I purchased a 911, they wanted a high dealer fee so I went to another dealer an hour away and got a much better deal! They forget which clients were here when they started out, now they've gotten too big it's a month wait to get serviced, and they don't care about clients the same. When cars sales slow down, they will be searching for clients so hopefully they didn't treat them all this way and become too greedy. This was definitely dishonest business. I recommend going elsewhere.

I came in with a flat tire on a Jaguar that needed an unusual size replacement tire. Thomas immediately took ownership of the situation, had the tire brought to the dealership and I was back on the road quickly. I had the AutoNation tire and wheel plan and all the details were processed correctly so I only paid what was required.

John was great to work with. He’s very attentive to his customers. I was a bit disappointed as I always maintain my Porsche Panamera in the garage to ensure it stays clean. When I dropped it off it was clean. When I picked it up, it was dirty and had water spots all over from being left in the elements. This shouldn’t happen especially when service costs are at a premium price. I would expect more from a Porsche Dealership.

After my second experience with Porsche Irvine, I am reducing my original rating from 5 stars to 2 stars. Communication/updates were poor; I had to initiative all of them. I dropped my car off at 7:30am for a routine 20K service; it was not ready until the evening of the following day! No loaner cars were available. The final amount due was almost $500 higher than the original estimate, plus I was told I needed to replace a damaged fuel line for an additional $140. I questioned the total invoice amount, but gave the ok on the fuel line. I was then told they actually listed some things on my invoice twice by "accident" and removed them; the damaged fuel line was actually for a different vehicle so that was removed, too. My total invoice ended up matching the original estimate, but only because I asked a few questions. Not a great way to establish trust and a poor experience overall.

Came to dealership to drop off my car for a recall service and to have the drivers side windshield washer jet adjusted because it was spraying too low and was forgotten to be addressed at my last service in October of this year. Service was supposed to be quick according to the service advisor Thomas (who has zero personality by the way) and ended up taking all day.

Customer service was really good, when I got to the shop, salesman already prepare the documents for me.

The sales people and the sales manager do not have the common courtesy to return calls and totally avoid answering questions!! No stars are impossible to give so they received a one!!

Brought my car in for a warranty issue. Thomas is my servicel advisor. Love meeting with him. Very direct. Honest and was able to accomodate my schedule and get me a loaner car. The car came back washed and clean. Love dealing with Thomas.

I was dissapointed with how long it took to get an appointment with the service department. Also it took 10 days to fix my car. It seems that your have few people qualified to work on the Taycan. The sales department have been excellent in their attention particularly Tim Talber and Mike Rusnak but the service department seem overwhelmed. It shouldn’t take as long as it did to get a problem resolved.

If you are planning on buying a Porsche you should go straight to Nick at Porsche Irvine, he made everything very easy and did everything the way I want, the car is great and his customer service skills, follow up, and updates are even more great. I’m giving 4 starts because some of the promises are not fulfilled just yet and there are a couple of things that needs to be looked at by the service department and scheduling an appointment seems to be an issue. But Nick did a great job for sure.

I was looking at the car for sometime, and when I felt comfortable in negotiating a deal, Irvine Porsche made me a great deal ?.

My salesman Csaba was excellent, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all my questions. Unfortunately when I picked up the vehicle Csaba was on vacation and the technician that delt with me was unfriendly and unfocused and didn’t want to explain the technical features. I was promised 2 keys to my vehicle and only received 1, they promised that I will get the other key, I am hoping they keep their promise. Pablo was my financing agent was not honest with me in regards to the warranty, I was charged $4,800 when my friend bought a vehicle at the Woodland Hills location on November 10 and he paid $4,500 for the warranty. I feel like I was taken advantage of by financing. This is why I only left a 3 star review. Update: I am so appreciative of Csaba Balint, once he came back from vacation he held true to his word & ordered the key. He called me to set up my appointment to get it programmed and now I have my key in hand. I am very happy with his excellent service and follow through. He is an excellent salesman and makes you feel very comfortable! I would give him 10 stars! I would like to see Csaba again to give a presentation on how to use the features in my model. The General Manager Jason did call me for a brief few minutes and asked why I was unhappy. I informed him on the price of the warranty difference between my friend and myself in the span of a few days. He said he would get with Pablo and find out what happened and would return my call. It has been a week and I’m still waiting.

Tire replacement was completed as scheduled.

Determining a time to pick up my car after service became quite a challenge. Originally I was there for setvice and some recalls. Then I added a couple of services. For some readon, the project took 3 days, and we didn?t know until late Friday that The car wad ready. I chose to wait until Saturday because of heavy commute traffic. Picing up the car was simple and easy.

Inexperienced personnel handled my tax exempt sale. In future I will purchase only byy local dealers who understand the process, Eric is extremely rude. Both Mathew and Nick where great, however even GM would not return my call, very disappointing.

We had Thomas Nerhus as our Service Advisor for this appointment which was for our 6 year intermediate service. We were very satisfied with his assistance, knowledge and close attention to our questions and concerns. We especially appreciated his asking us to accompany him with the pre-inspection of the outside of the vehicle for any scratches or dents that the vehicle may have had before it was taken into the service bay. Thankfully there were none and none were on the vehicle after service was completed. When the vehicle was ready to be picked up, Thomas sent us a text message letting us know that all the inspection points had been attended to and the car was in great shape. He advised us of the business hours wherein the vehicle could be picked up on the weekdays along with the weekend business hours. We are always so pleased that Porsche Irvine takes their customer's satisfaction as their primary focus when there is any care to be taken of a Porsche. We consider this method of doing business the best way to take care of customers to attain satisfaction and enjoyment of owning their Porsche.

Possibly the worst sales experience I’ve ever had. The sales rep would talk over us and claimed they had no new inventory to show us. We couldn’t even test drive a used vehicle because “they don’t want to add miles to the cars”. He was an absolute a**hole. We were prepared to spend over $100k for a car and he disappeared while we were inside a vehicle. Who buys a new $100k+ vehicle without being able to test drive something similar?! He was so rude and left us with such a terrible feeling that I’m not sure we will ever want to buy a Porsche. Do better. Train your sales reps.

When we scheduled the appointment, they neglected to tell us that they would have to keep the car for an entire week. Positive take away from recent repair: It was nice to see my vehicle was returned cleaner than I left it, appeared vacuumed, washed, and they even cleaned the inner barrel of the wheels behind the spokes. We always appreciate the beverages and snacks (especially with two young ones in tow). The staff are always polite, professional, and presentable. My only negative take away from recent experience: My expectations were not managed, to the level that I would expect from the staff, were I managing them. I don't believe customers should have to call for a status update. Tell me when you're going to follow-up with me and provide updates in a planned cadence and not irregularly. Tell me you'll update me each day at 1pm or 3pm etc. so I don't spend all day wondering "Is it fixed? Are they calling me today? When should I call?

I called the service department because I saw INFLATE TIRE on my Porsche taycan’s screen on October 5, 2022 and called Porsche Irvine hoping they could help me but after explaining it to them I was told they can take care of it on November 2, 2022. Since I purchased rims and tire warranty from Porsche I couldn’t take my car to any tire shop to take care of it right away because my warranty will be voided if I did, so I explained it to the the service department member and she said sorry we can’t do anything for you. I asked her to connect me to the manager because I can’t wait a whole month for just a flat tire so she transferred to a lady who said the manager is busy and he will call you shortly. Today is October 25, 2022 and nobody cared to call. MAYBE they treat you ok when you’re buying a car from them but good luck when you’re in need of a very small and simple service for your car. VERY DISAPPOINTED with Porsche Irvine. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER and make time for people with emergency and simple situations like mine.

Karen Fang was a great salesperson. I sent out 5 inquiries on the Cayenne asking for ballpark lease and purchase number, giving them specific like down, mile/yr, term. She was the only one that send me back with pretty accurate breakdown of purchase and lease number. She didn't pressure me to come into the dealer or asking to speak with me like the other four dealers. I am pretty busy and don't want the traditional hassle of back and forth with salesperson at the dealer. Karen let me dictate how I want to move forward. I felt that the price was right and we went in at 7:15pm that night to look and test drive the car and spent about an hour with paperwork and out with the car at 9:20pm. Irvine Porsch California, possibly the #1 dealership in the USA! I live in eastern North Carolina and have had a 911 GTS Coupe on order since the 1st of October 2021. A year later my "local" dealership has still not given any inkling on my allocation. I got in touch with one of the best salesmen in the USA, Geoffrey Fish and had a new GTS in my garage within a couple weeks! ..and an immediate allocation for a new custom-built 2023 GTS with a delivery only 4 months later; arriving very early 2023! I understand that all orders are not able to be filled so quickly these days, but Porsch Irvine has really set the bar high for all other dealerships. These guys are great! I would recommend Porsche Irvine to anyone and everyone!

!!WORST POSCHE DEALERSHIP IN THE UNITED STATES!! Ordered a tire, only a tire, nothing else, very simple, spent 45 minutes on the phone, can't drive my car because of a slow puncture . Tom told me it was going to be there within a week and they'll let me know when it's there to schedule everything. It's now been 3 weeks, no call, no email, no text. Just spent another 20 minutes on the phone with David, couldn't pull up any of my info or any track of my conversation with them, just before we hang up he miraculously got a hold of my info. VERY unprofessional place, don't reach out to them if you expect the bare minimum. Called the service department, was told by Mariana/Maryanna that the next available date at which they can help me is the 21st of October, one month from now. After another 15 minutes she said she just spoke to a service manager and I can come in immediately to get the tire fixed, got in my car, drove to the dealership and nobody knew about my arrangement, spent 45 minutes waiting after I was advised by Henry that they can't help me. I will have to get my tire fixed at a different place where my Porsche tire protection plan doesn't cover anything (I paid more than $2k for this when I purchased the vehicle). Guess I should have bought a G63 instead of a 911. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

I made an appointment for my CPO Panamera. The appointment process was simple and straightforward, despite having limited availability. My appointment was set for more than 21 days from the time of booking. My appointment finally arrived and I took my car into the shop. I was greeted right at 7 am….no earlier. Everyone was very very courteous checked me in and made sure I provided all relevant information about the car’s needs. The dealership provided me a Lyft and I was on my way. Within a few hours I had received a video ins of the car and given a diagnosis of what was needed. The diagnosis was very thorough and helpful. The service advisor sent e text and provided a complete explanation and said when the car would be ready. Porsche Irvine did as they said and when I picked up the car it was washed and ready to go. They did a great job and I was satisfied with their service.

Would have given Porsche Irvine 5 stars; the people with whom I interacted were very knowledgeable, and helpful. My experience with them was great. My only disappointment (my purchase was from out-of-state) was having no temporary tag for the vehicle when it was delivered (ahead of schedule, which was also great). I cannot drive the Porsche until the license plate and certificate of registration are mailed to me. As things are, I must wait 4 to 6 weeks to get the license & certificate, to be able to legally drive the Porsche. So I can only look at this fantastic work of engineering, and admire it's sleek design, without being able to drive it. Maybe, this part of the out-of-state purchasing process can be corrected? It sure is disappointing to not be able to drive my dream car for possibly 4 to 6 weeks!! Other than this, Porsche Irvine did well at taking care to make the experience a good one.

John Lewis was the service rep for all of this work. I am happy to report that this work was handled very professionally. John kept me up to date on the process several times during the service.I received phone calls and emails during the operation. When the work was completed, John called and I went to pick the car up. I get my Porsche serviced here by Jonathan Lewis regularly. Today I got a flat and had to have my car towed to the dealership. I buy their tire warranty so they ordered me a new tire which will arrive in 4-5 days. Jonathan was able to find a loaner car for me while I wait for my tire. That tire warranty turned out to be a phenomenal purchase. Although I doubt that's why I got a free loaner. Clearly Jonathan knows how to take care of his clients! This was the second time I have visited Porsche Irvine for annual service. All aspects of my visit were terrific which included: 1) a spotless facility, 2) a friendly and informative service advisor, 3) an informative service technician detailing a comprehensive review of the work done (and suggested work) with video, 4) an easy and efficient loaner car service, and 5) competitive pricing which includes pricing on some new tires and installation.

My experience with Porsche Irvine has been excellent. The salesperson Geoffrey was gracious, patient and knowledgeable and was able to put together a very fair deal. Christine in finance works efficiently and makes the process of spending money more pleasurable. And Dan the GM insured I was well taken care of. Thanks for your exceptional customer service.

I was concerned about taking my Porsche in for service after reading some of the negative reviews on yelp about this dealership. Luckily, my experience was nothing but positive! Both dropping off and picking up my car for service went swimmingly and everyone in the service department was very helpful and friendly. I love the video they send from the service bay reviewing what was done and recommendations for the vehicle. Even the sales side was friendly when I got lost looking for the restroom.

Oscar and Reggie at the desk went beyond the services you would expect even for Porsche. I would highly recommend them. They are the best hands down.

Service Tech was prepared to standard recommend 40K service, including spark plugs. Had to question this as I thought I remembered doing spark plugs last year. (2018 Panamera hybrid, 25K miles.) Service tech confirmed & that reduced the service bill by approximately 2K. I feel for price of the car & cost of service, this should not happen.

Reached out via the internet for availability on a Macan and Geoff Fish replied to me within minutes. In an era where finding a car and not being drastically overcharged is rare, Geoff and Porsche of Irvine hit a home run. They allow you to hold a car for a couple days and make sure it's the right choice for you. I highly recommend Geoff and Porsche of Irvine!

Service advisor provided daily updates on repair status. Dealership honored parts warranty for a PDK replacement in Nov. 2020 by minimizing the cost of the current repair (software, reprogramming) .

Made an early 7:00 appointment Tuesday April 12th deciding to wait on my Cayenne’s first service. Unfortunately I can not not say the same about your Sales Team purchased last two Porsche’s from another Dealership.

Service on my 2019 Macan S was a seamless, pleasant experience. The schedule oil change, brake flush and annual service was preformed as promised. The technician found I was due for new rear brake pads and I had that service performed while they had the car. Irvine Porsche had provided a loaner so I was not inconvenienced since they kept the car longer than I had anticipated. I was fully apprised of what was being done as well as the cost and everything was performed as promised. The car was returned completely clean and ready for another exciting year of driving. I was able to pay the bill online before returning to the dealership which enhanced the entire process.

I brought my Cayenne to Porsche Irvine for the 40,000 mile maintenance. Carlos thoroughly explained what was going to be done and the total cost. He called to provide updates. The biggest, most pleasant surprise was a text message from the Porsche technician with a video and narrative of the inspection of the brakes. tires and outside/underside of the vehicle while it was on the lift. That was a first for me and made me feel secure in the knowledge the vehicle was being inspected thoroughly. I am VERY satisfied customer of Porsche Irvine!!!

I appreciated how once my appointment was made, everything was punctual. I had 3 things to be taken care off, recall work + diagnosing a warning message + auto/start stop not working. Jonathan, my service manager, didn't always take the initiative to email me but whenever I reached out around 4pm, he was prompt and transparent in his responses. I expected the car to be in the shop for maybe 3 days but it ended up being 13 days. All during this time I was grateful for a loaner car so my plans and lifestyle didn't have to change much. I appreciated the thoroughness of the investigation & testing. The warning message and recall work were done but the auto/start stop mystery took a while and in the end, did not get resolved but identified as the button worked the opposite of how it was supposed to work. Overall, I am very pleased with the service, the people and my overall interaction with Porsche Irvine. Thank you team!

Porsche Irvine was able to fit me in at the last minute when other shops could not. They provided a “ride” home when no loaner vehicle was available due to last minute service. They text a video of the technician servicing your vehicle that explains the situation. A ride was offered to pick up the car and it was washed & ready when I arrived. The service staff if always welcoming & keeps you informed.

I came to buy a car on Monday, February 21st and had a great experience. I found the car I wanted, a 718 Boxster, online via Autotrader and came in to a very pleasant experience. My salesman, Kevin Hite was super friendly, professional and explained everything about the car prior to driving it. He let me have "just enough space", without being overbearing, treated me respect (I pretty much showed up in loungewear since I wasn't planning on buying a car that day) and really made it a memorable experience. I went from thinking about buying a car and having a list of others to see to reaching a definite decision to buy a car that day. Kevin also followed up later with me a few days later, just to make sure I didn't have any questions and knew all the features of the car. Aside from the fact that it drives like a dream, I don't think I've ever been happier with a car buying experience before. I definitely recommend anyone who is thinking of buying or just test driving a car to stop by and ask for Kevin Hite by name, as he is easily the best car salesman I've ever worked with. I'm definitely looking forward to buying another Porsche in a few years and I know exactly where and who to get it from.
